Step 6: The initiator indicates the required amount of books in the field and uploads an Excel file with a list of books. |

Step 7:
The head of the department checks the process and approves or ends the process by saying "Disagree". The expert of scientific library reviews the request and approves. Please go through the following link to start the process in the new tab:Document Management System.

→If the form is incorrect, the process can be sent back to the initiator using the "Send to Initiator" button. A message will be sent about the successful completion of the process.
→If the department head or librarian does not agree, the initiator will be notified that the process has failed.
